HORSE POWER 5am Fri. 12/12/14 WOD:



Strength Core & Conditioning:

WOD: 4 min stations, 2 people per station , switch each min. with partner, 1 round for max reps

- Row for calories (both working at the same time)
- Buddy carry from one side of the room to the other (switch partners)
- Yoke Carry from one side of the room to the other (switch partners)
- KTE’s (one person working/ one resting, switch partners each min.)
- Get Ups (45/25) Plate OH on knees to standing position and back down = 1 rep (one person working/ one resting, switch partners each min)

- Bike for calories (both working at the same time)
