HORSE POWER 5am & 7pm Thrs 12/4/14



Superset the bench & deadlift together. Rest 1-2 min. between sets
Bench Press 10 x 50%, 8 x 60%, 6 x 70%, 4 x 80%, 2 x 2 x 90%
Deadlift        10 x 50%, 8 x 60%, 6 x 70%, 4 x 80%, 2 x 2 x 90%

Strict Pull Ups 8 grip variations x 3-4 sets (Start with an overhand wide grip for 1 pull up, move your grip in one hand space and complete 1 more pull up, move your grip in one hand space and complete 1 more pull up, move your grip in one hand space and complete 1 more pull up, Now reverse your grip by turning your palms toward you and repeat the same pattern in reverse.)

Move from one exercise to the next. Complete all three exercises then rest 1-2 min.
4 x 10 each
DB Lateral Raises
DB Front Delt Raises

Ring Posterior Flyes
