HORSE POWER 5am & 7pm Wed 12/3/14



Strength: 

Front Squat 80%
5x50%, 5x60%, 3x70% (3x5x80%)

Weighted Lunges each leg 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 (increase weight each set)

Sled Push (100-200 lbs.) 100’ then pick up the Yoke & Carry 100’ back to start x 4
