CrossFit Thoroughbreds 
Bring A Friend Day




Partner WOD: 2 people per team
7 min AMRAP at each station
3 min rest between stations
Score  is total reps for all stations

Station 1:
10 cal row each
10 x wall balls each

Station 2:
Plate Carry: 1 lap around room
Push ups: AMRAP while until partner returns from carry

Station 3:
5 x Lunges per side each
5 x Burpees each

Station 4:
5 x Tire flips each
5 x burpees each
