Ring Dips x 5 + L-Sit 10 – 30 sec 4 Sets

Weighted Push Ups 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Weighted Sit Ups 10 x 10

Finish one set of pushups then immediately finish one set of sit ups
