You can come in and use the open gym until 9pm!!
If you stay home.... for every Trick-Or-Treater that comes to your door complete:
5 Push Ups
5 Sit Ups
Sprint 100m for every piece of candy you eat!!
We will have our regularly scheduled morning classes
Morning Class WOD:
Weighted Push Ups 5x 5
Run 800m then do:
10 KB Swings
10 Box Jumps
...then run 800m
