Fort Myers CrossFit TB Sat 5-11-13 Boot Camp:


Teams of 2 – 2 Rounds! Complete all reps per person!

Station 1: 30 MB Partner Sit Ups (Team work)
Station 2: 30 single arm DB/KB Thrusters (total reps/ one working at a time)
Station 3: 30 MB Partner OH Slams (Team work)
Station 4: 30 Push Ups (one working at a time – switch as needed)
Station 5: 30 Lunges (each leg/ one working at a time  – switch as needed)
Station 6: 500 m Row – Plank (one person rows the other holds the plank)

Run to the end of the fence & back after each station!
