Fort Myers CrossFit TB Tues 5-22-12 WOD:

There will be NO SCHEDULED CLASSES and NO COACHES available on Memorial Day  Mon May 28th 2012! The Gym will be open from 9am to 8:30pm

WOD: Tabata 20 sec on 10 sec off, 8 Rounds per exercise, 1 min rest between exercises

Sit Ups,
Rowing,
Mountain Climbers,
Lateral Hurdle Jumps,
Hollow Body Position Plank,
Rotational Slams,
Superman
