Fort Myers CrossFit TB Wed 6-5-13 WOD:


Strength Accessory:
BB Roll Outs 3 x 10
KB/DB Windmills 10 8 6 4 2 each side
Hollow Plank 8 x 30 sec (rest 30 – 60 sec between sets)

WOD:
Every five minutes for 6 rounds:

Sprint 200 meters, for time

Run 400 meters
Rest the remainder of each five minute period.
