Strength Accessory: DB Shoulder Front & Lat Raises 3 x 10 each

WOD A: 5 min AMRAP
5 x Push Ups
5 x KBS (50-53/30-35)

WOD B: 5 min AMRAP
5 x Strict Press (65/45)
5 x Sit Ups

WOD C: 5 min AMRAP
5 x Single arm DB Shoulder to OH
5 x T2B

5 min rest between wods
