5 x 50%, 3 x 60%, 2 x 70%, 2 x 75%, 1 x 80%, 1 x 85%, (3 x 3 x 90%)



WOD:

Run 1 mile

Tire Flips x 60

Run 800 m.

Hypers x 60

Run 400 m.

Sit Up x 60

Run to 41 & Back
