Surely you left out the "5 Rounds for time" part of fridays workout?
No, Jeremy likes to make it up as he goes. If he is grumpy, it will be five for time and then he will add something else that is painful. Or, when he likes the people who show up, he is generous and nice to them. I never get the nice Jeremy.
