Fort Myers CrossFit TB Fri 4-6-12 WOD:

WOD:  For Time!  Work with a partner!! One person works one person rests!

400m plate carry (1 plate per team - switch every 50 steps)

50 x Burpees

50 x Lateral Hurdle Hops (over and back = 1x)

50 x Hand Release Push Ups (beginner: 25 reps only!!)

Row 300m.
