Lat. Lunge Stretch



WOD: 1 min. work, 20 sec. rest, 3 rounds each exercise

Sit Ups Weighted

Squat Jumps

Planks (Adv. Use stability ball- feet on top)

Hip Bridges

Leg Holds (6 inches off floor)
