Thrusters
Back Squats

Core Lift: Back Squat
10 x 50, 8 x 60, 6 x 65, 5 x 75.
3 x 80, 1 x 85, (3 x 3 x 90%)

WOD: 4 Rounds
30 yrd. Walking Lunges (Men 50-60 lbs., Women 25-40 lbs.)
30-Box Jumps or (Weighted Step Ups 15 each leg)
