Tues 5-5-09 WOD

Warm Up:
Shoulder Stretches
Pole Deadlift
Pole Cleans
Pole Clean N Press

Bench Press-75% 1rm 5 x 5
KB Clean N Press 30 yrd Walk (Clean N Press KB's 3 reps, hold overhead last rep and walk 5 yrds. Put KB's down and repeat until you complete 30 yrds. Repeat 4 Rounds

Then complete: 50 reps each
MB Push Ups
Pull Ups
