Fort Myers CrossFit TB Tues 7-17-12 WOD:


Strength: Front Squat 90%

5 x 50%, 5 x 60%, 3 x 70%, 1 x 80%, 1 x 85% (4 x 3 x 90%)

(adv. with KB hanging from the bar)

WOD#1: 20 sec on 10 sec off
8 Rounds each (alt movement)

OH Lunge (45/25)
Burpee over plate

WOD#2: 20 sec on 10 sec off
8 Rounds

Bottom to bottom Squat

Score is combined number of reps completed for both WODS!
