Partners Training (One person works while the other rests)
200 Sit Ups (10 reps then switch partners)
100 MB Rotational Passes
400 Mountain Climbers (200 each person), (20 reps then switch partners)
Hollow Rocks x 30 sec. x 6 rounds each person
Planks x 30 sec. x 6 rounds each person
