Start with the 45 lb. bar (40 min. time limit!)
(Keep adding 5-10 lbs. for men and 2.5 – 5 lbs. for women to each additional set until failure. Add up all pounds lifted for total score)
1 Deadlift +
1 Power Clean +
1 Thruster +
