Fort Myers Crossfit TB Wed. 11-23-11 WOD:

Front Squat 90 %

5 x 50%, 3 x 60%, 2 x 70%, 2 x 75%, 1 x 80%, 1 x 85%, (3 x 3 x 90%)


WOD: 3 min 3 round AMRAP with a partner (each)

One person works while the other rests (3min on 3min off for total rounds)

Every rep counts at the end!

5 x Front Squat

5 x SDLHP

5 x Burpee over the Bar


Gym will be closed for Thanksgiving Day!

Friday 11-25-2011: 8:00am Boot Camp ONLY!!! No 6 or 7am Classes!
