Strength: OH Squat 1 RM TEST
5x50%, 5x60%, 3x65%, 3x70%, 2x80%, 1x90% 1x95%
Find 1 RM in 3 Attempts


WOD: work with a partner – 4 Rounds each! 
One person does one complete round then switch! 

Goal: under 15 min (95/65)
3 DL
3 HP Clean
3 Push Press
3 Front Squat
3 Push Ups
3 Burpees
