WOD: warm up to 75% of Push Press, use Push Press weight for all BB exercises
Seven rounds for time of: 
7 push-ups, 
7 Thrusters, 
7 Sit Ups, 
7 Deadlifts,  
7 Burpees, 
7 Kettlebell swings, 
7 Push Press

Strength Accessory: 
DB Clean single arm heavy 4x5 heavy
