Strength: Deadlift 80%
5x50%, 5x60%, 3x70% (3x5x80%)

Strength Accessory:
DB lateral raise 3 x 10
DB front raise 3 x 10

WOD: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 for time

x Sumo DL (use 80% of max)
x Cindy (5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats)
