Lateral Plank Walks

Boot Camp:
Beginners= 1 Round
Advanced= 2 Rounds
Partner work - 20 reps each

Tire Flips + Wall Squat

Sprint to fence together

Lunges + Wall Squat

Sprint to fence together

Sled Rope Pull
