    9am Bootcamp plus!

    11:45 Smoothie King carb heavy smoothie with gladiator protein

    3pm 2 oz turkey and 2 oz baby swiss rolls, 3 oz smoked salmon, large spinach salad, 3 tbls raspberry vinaigrette dressing

    7pm 7 oz baked chicken, 1 cup green beans, medium salad with 2 tbls dressing, 1 block bakers chocolate for desert

    2 Crown and ginger low balls! Yeee haaawww!
