Bear Crawls 30 yrds 6 rounds

Partner MB Burpees with Shoulder Press (do 10 burpees then your partner does 10 burpees) 5 rounds

 

1 min. of work with 20 sec. of rest/exercise. 4 rounds per exercise

MB Overhead throws to partner

MB trunk rotational slams
