BIG D pulls a P.R. of 453 lbs. at age 15. This is 6 weeks out from the 2009 Europa Fitness Expo where he'll be competing in the USAPL Powerlifting Meet on April 18th. His goal is to pull 470 lbs. in this meet and 515 by Dec. 2008.

Hooters 13.1 mile race
Congratulations to Josh, Lindsay and Daniel for completing the Hooters 13.1 mile race on Sunday. Of course they had to celebrate Hooters style with chicken wings and beer. Hell, after 13.1 miles of running I think they deserve it.
