Core Lift: Back Squat 1RM testing
(5 x 60%, 5 x 70%, 5 x 75%, 3 x 80%, 2 x 90%, 1 x 95%, find 1RM in 3-5 attempts)

WOD: 4 Rounds Best Time
(DO NOT put the KB down until complete all 4 Rounds)
