One person works
while the other rests!
Together complete the

Push Ups (feet elevated on plate or hands elevated on plate)

Squats (holding plate)

Plate High Pulls

OH Lunges
800m
Plate carry (switch plate as needed)

Burpees (resting partner will hold plate over head)
