Strength: Sumo Deadlift 75%

5 x 50%, 5 x 60%, 4 x 65%, 2 x 70%, (4 x 6 x 75%)



WOD#1: 3 x ( goal: 90 sec) Rounds – Rest 1 min between each round!

10 x Burpees

Run to end of fence and back


WOD#2: 3 x (goal: 90 sec) Rounds – Rest 1 min between each round!

10 x KB Swings

Run to end of fence and back
