You can substitute the run with a bike ride to the bridge then to Gladiolus and back to the gym. If you do not have a bike you can rent one of our gym bikes for $5.00. Please bring a bike helmet and a bottle of water. We WILL NOT rent a bike to you if you do not have a bike helmet! Bike rentals are first come first served!
