Strength Accessory: Practice Snatch & Hang Squat Clean

WOD: Hero WOD: “Tommy Mac” – 25 min cap
2 Rounds for time:
12 Burpees, 12 Thrusters (115/75)

12 Burpees, 12 Push Jerk
