Sat. 12-26-09 Happy Holiday! GYM CLOSED!

EA would like to wish everyone a safe and Merry Christmas! The gym will be closed on Sat. 12-26-09. Classes will resume on Monday 12-28-09.

Enjoy the time off, get plenty of rest and be ready to train hard on Monday 12-28-09.

CrossFit Thoroughbreds is a Human Performance and Athletic Based Strength and Conditioning Program designed to educate as well as enhance all aspects of:

Cardiovascular & Respiratory Endurance

CrossFit Thoroughbreds Coaching Programs are designed exclusively around compound (multi-joint) movements and short high intensity cardiovascular training sessions.

This type of training is used by major university athletic teams, professional sports teams, Fire & Rescue, Police, SWAT, Military organizations, youth sports teams and everyday people interested in improving their total body health and fitness.

The CrossFit Thoroughbreds Coaching Programs are scalable and easily modified to any fitness level from beginners to elite level athletes.
