Fort Myers Crossfit TB Wed 10-05-2011 WOD:
Warm Up;
4 x Jog
4 x Run
2 x High Knees
2 x Butt Kicks
2 x Lateral Shuffle
Frankenstein
Lunge Stretch
Leg/Hip/Calf Stretches
WOD: 5 Rounds
Push Ups x 10
SDLHP (men 95 lb., Women 65 lb.) x 10
Burpees over Hurdle x 10
Jump Rope x 100 (or 30 DU’s)
Then complete:
Plank Hold
3 x 2 min advanced
3 x 1 min beginner (take breaks if needed)
rest 1 min between rounds
