5 Rounds: 1 min per station – 3 Teams


1. Row for Calories

2. Push Ups x 20 (rest after reps are completed)

3. Step Ups x 20 each side (rest after reps are completed)

4. MB Slams x 20 (rest after reps are completed)

5. Pull Ups x 20 (rest after reps are completed)


Team with most calories on the rower wins!!
