ReplyDeleteHey Jeremy in celebration of opening the new gym I did do burpees for my WOD. (I used yesterday's from the CF site.) I didn't do 150 but I did 105 lol! (21reps for 5 rounds=105)
And I was complemented on my form too ;)
I guess that's what happens when you have a "hateful" teacher.
The truck push/lunges were awful today. Thanks for letting me take up your slack Sandra. Jeremy showed his brutality again with this one (but he did reduce the number of reps in half!).
