High Knees

Lateral Lunge Stretch

Band Pulls

W.O.D.: Three rounds:
21 Knees to elbows
21 Kettlebell swings (increase lbs. each round)
21 Push-ups
1-Rope Climb or 3 Lying Rope Pulls
1-Bag or KB Carry (increase lbs. each round)
Walking lunges from TG to First Watch and Back

  3. I did the lying ones... I was feeling a bit sick and with that a lack of motivation to try a real rope climb.. I debated on going at all this morning but forced myself.. no excuses!

  7. Sure! Half of the group that I worked out with climbed the rope. I attempted a two rope climb but only managed to get half way up. Doing that and a muscle up (or 10) is my next goal.
