4 Athletes Team - complete one exercise before moving to the next! FOR TIME!


400m Team Run

150 x Power Cleans (95/65) - one athlete works while the others rest - one bar per team

400m Broad Jump - two athletes works the others rest

150 x Push Press (95/65) - one athlete works while the others rest - one bar per team

Backwards Run to 41 and back - two athletes have to run backwards at all times x 2!!

800m Team Run w/ MB Toss

To Finish: Team Bar Hang for MAX Time!!
First one to drop will stop the clock! Subtract that time from wod time!
