Advanced WOD:
Partner Training – 20 Minutes
1 person works through the exercises, then the next for as many rounds as
possible in 20 Minutes
5x Single Arm KB Swings (each arm)
5x Single Arm KB High Pulls (each arm)
5x Single Arm KB Cleans (each arm)
