Strength: Cleans 75%

8 x 50, 6 x 55, 5 x 60, 3 x 65, 2 x 70%, (5 x 5 x75%)



WOD:

5 Rounds (Move from exercise to the next with break)


Patners Training: One person works, One person rests
KB Swings x 5 each arm


KB Cleans x 5 each arm

KB High Pulls x 5 each arm


Advanced WOD:
Partner Training – 20 Minutes

1 person works through the exercises, then the next for as many rounds as possible in 20 Minutes

5x Single Arm KB Swings (each arm)

5x Single Arm KB High Pulls (each arm)

5x Single Arm KB Cleans (each arm)
