Team Rope Truck Pull/Push: 1 person pulls the other pushes. Switch each round
Team Push Ups: Complete 100 as a team (Each team member must complete 50 reps)
Team Barbell Carry: Follow Cone Course
Team Barbell Squats: 100 as a team (Each team member must complete 50 reps)
Team members can complete 50 reps each with the barbell individually or work together as a team holding the bar at each end to complete 100 reps
