Front Squat:
5 x 50%, 5 x 55%, 3 x 60%, 2 x 65%, 2 x 9 @ 75%

WOD: 5 Rounds
Run to back Fence > 10x Jump Squats
Run back to building entrance > 10x Lunges EACH leg
Yoke/Sled Push Down and Back

TGU: 3 x 3x EACH Side @ 90% - 70# KB
KB Box Step Ups: 100x TOTAL - 2 - 50# KBs
