    snack2:1/2 chicken breast,6 grape tomato,1 black coffee, 16oz h2o
    meal2:1turkey burger,1/2 chicken breast,2c shredded cabbage, 1/2 apple,1/4 c grn pepper,4 sprays of balsamic dressing,2-16 oz h2o
    snack at midnight(back to work)1/2 chicken breast, 12 grape tomato,1c black coffee,16 oz h2o

    crossfit(4 rounds), bike 6 miles

    Meal 1: 28gm protein shake with 1/4 cup pineapple, coffee with cream/stevia, H20
    Meal 2:1/2cup cott cheese, tomato, nuts,1 cup cherries H20
    Meal 3: 2 eggs, 1/2 nectarine, H20
    edamame 1/4 cup baked H20
    Meal 4: 1/2 nectarine, 20z cheese
    Meal 5: Split pea soup, 4 oz flank steak H20
    Activiy: crossfit (4 rounds)

    5:30am 1 green apple
    6am WOD
    7:30 32 oz coffee, cream and sugar
    11am 2 fish tacos, french fries, half order nachos, 3 iced teas
    5pm Some humus crap with some weird chips
    7pm Chicken stir fry with 1 cup of rice
    11pm 3 cans vienna sausages with 1/4 lb melted velveeta cheese
