Steve Cotter & Nicholas DePaolo
I'd like to thank Steve Cotter for coming out to Evolved Athletics this weekend. For those of you that may not know Steve Cotter he is a world renowned Kettlebell instructor and expert.
On May 9th & 10th, 2009 Steve Cotter instructed a Level 1 Kettlebell Certification Seminar at Evolved Athletics in Ft. Myers, Florida. We had 10 trainers attend. Some from Florida, other states and even some from Puerto Rico. Our very own Nicholas DePaolo attended the seminar and earned his Level 1 Kettlebell Certification.
Congratulations Nick! Now you can come up some new torturous KB exercises for us to do in CrossFit.
