Thanks to everyone that came out to participate in the FREE Sat. Boot Camp at The Training Ground. We had an amazing turn out with 18 people. Lots of fun and plenty of sweat. Remember Saturday Boot Camps are FREE so bring friends and family and be ready to sweat.
