Everytime the ball drops the team must stop in place & do 5 Burpees
AMRAP in 20 Minutes
DB Burpee, Push-up Row (Integrate Push-up), Curl to Press, Overhead Lunge
Work in teams of 2. Each team member completes 5 reps then next team member can start.
