Another author had written this and I thought it might be useful to my readers.<br><br>I personally don't believe you can get very good results on a vegetarian diet. If you're non active it may work well for you but if you are a physically active person you'll never have enough complete quality protein to assist in muscle recovery, growth and repair. Just my personal opinion.<br><br>As for the fruits. A moderate amount of fruit in the diet is OK. It's when we over consume these foods (sugars) we create health problems and added fat to our bodies.<br><br>All foods in moderation and in a balanced nutritional plan are OK. Just remember no matter how healthy a food may be if you eat too much of it you still get fat.
