Each team will have one plate (45/25).
One person works while the other rests!
Together complete the following work:
100 Push Ups (feet elevated on plate or hands elevated on plate)
100 Squats (holding plate)
100 Plate High Pulls
100 OH Lunges
800m Plate carry (switch plate as needed)
100 Burpees (resting partner will hold plate over head)
