Fort Myers CrossFit TB Wed 1-16-13 WOD:

Strength Accessory:
GHD weighted Sit Ups 3 x 15
Superman 10 x 15 sec hold
4 x 30 sec Hollow Plank hold (REST 1:1)
UB DU - 3 Attempts for max reps

WOD: 7 Rounds for time on the 3 min mark
Run to the end of the fence and back (300m)
12 T2B
Write down time or completed reps per round! Rest the remainder of the 3 minutes
