4 Teams - 45 min time cap!
1. Burpee Broad Jump Relay “Race”
Each team member Burpee Broad Jumps down and back and tags the next team member. Each team member will complete 3 Rounds
2. 800m Indian Run (MB 20-14#)
3. 3000m Row – split up any way! One person rowing, one person resting, all other team members have to hold a plank (any way)
4. Sprint Relay to speed bump and back x 4 each person
5. 5 Push Ups, 5 Squats , 5 Ring Rows x 10 each team member
(One set of rings per team)
FINISH WITH A 400m TEAM RUN!!
