Fort Myers CrossFit TB Sat 1-12-13 Boot Camp:

Teams of 2

Station 1: 2 Rounds
Lunge Speed Bump to Speed Bump with 25# plate
OH carry back (switch as needed)
25 Burpees each
Station 2: 4 Rounds each
Heavy Yoke Push down and back while partner does max rope climbs
Station 3:
800m BB Carry 10 x Push Press/Jerk every 50 steps switch as needed
